[gsoap] wsdl file contains one web URL for each method

I have a wsdl file that has a separate URL for each service method.  this is 
causing problems because the code generated by gsoap always uses one specific 
URL (the first one) for every call.  how can I force gsoap to generate code 
that automatically calls the correct URL for each method?
