It's a pain in the ass.
You need the unit, the fans and motors (all the black structures behind
the dash) as it is no longer cable driven.
The sensors (inside and out), the dash loom, and most of the interior
and front wiring loom...

guys, what parts are there that i would need to install the whole 
unit, i was told that there is not only the dash unit. has anyone 
installed one by themselves b4? how hard is it to do? will some one 
do one for me if i am able to give a whole unit away. that is would 
some one install the whole unit for me and ill give them one whole 
unit for their labour? i might be able to get my hands on 2 units
