Well I know in my case they are as there are service stickers on it from around the time it was imported which say 14,000kms. I know exactly where it spent the three years before I had it as well, as it was parked for most of that time at the mechanics under a tarp. The previous owner only drove it a couple of times a month and for the rest of that time my mechanic looked after it. I used to see it there all the time when I came in with my old car. So in this case I'm pretty confident of the kms etc. I wouldnt say its been babied all its life, but its in reasonably good nick.
