I'm 90% sure that exotic exhaust here is qld (not really that much help to you) do a 3" double dump pipe for the gsr lancer, and they are pretty damn good at doing them also. Last time i was talking to them i think they wanted around $350-$400 for the dump alone. They might be able to make one up for you and send it to wherever you are. They do quality work, a mate has had work done there before, though i have never had any experience with them.
Personally myself i have a 3" from the standard dump pipe back with a high flow cat and a "drift" (don't laugh got it cheap i swear) brand muffler from autobarn. Tis a 3" muffler too.
