I've heard a rumour that they bolt up (maybe someone can confirm). To be honest the easiest way would be to look at the rails on them and compare to your CC GSR and see how much modification is required.
Whilst I doubt its legal to cut and weld seat rails you would be able to fit them even if modification was required (providing you or someone you know knows how to operate a grinder and a welder!)
