hey guys, i've been having problems turning up my boost. i have a manual boost controller and i cant get pass 13psi of boost. when ever i do the car stutters like. its like a restrictor or something that wont allow me to go pass that. i have a friend with an evo 3 and he has the same problem. can any one help. i really dont want to use nos for extra power. oh and my computer is chipped my mines. right now im running only 9psi. thats stock boost rright?
