Sounds to me like you may have worn mounts: Engine mount Gearbox mount Roller stopper How many k's you got on your GSR? When was your last service and what did you have done? You really should get your injectors professionally cleaned, should be done once a year, but I'm sure most of us aren't that good :-) If it's only happening in those gears, I would be lead to believe that it's more of a mount\driveline issue from your description. I had the same problem when my top gearbox mount went. It's like the engine is shaking like crazy and giving more fuel does not really help but makes the car jerk even more. It happens occasionally but often enough to bother me.
