I am in the process of trying to find an EVO III transmission for my 97 eclipse. However, I wanted to know the difference between a GSR and RS. I am only interested in the differences in the transmission such as gear ratio or maybe if one is ABS and one is not. I am curious since there are 4 part numbers 2 for the GSR and 2 for the RS. The GSR and RS gearboxes both come in LSD and open diff. However, what is the real difference since there are 2 part numbers for each, the GSR and RS? Which one do I want one from a GSR or RS?
