Keep in mind that the GStreamer support is limited to the arm cpu
(with the dsp as enc/dec accelerator) inside the DaVinci. There is no
gstreamer interface to the outside of the chip.
So if you find a board with this chip you still need to write the
gstreamer interface for the host-machine yourself.
