Hi all,
Thank you for your response ..... I build gstreamer with a version of
gstreamer-0.10.19 and tried to launch some pipelines like, filesrc location=
""| alsasink ...playbin uri = ""...me getting some errors like alsa not
found, playbin uri is not valid ...and some time ...marshal related errors
.... 

Please suggest me how to ahead??? and which glib binaries should be used

If you're using binaries from the website, those are really out of date.

You should build gstreamer on windows from source. If you're still
having problems with that, then you'll need to describe what plugins
you're using, and what errors you're getting.
