Hi Zhenfeng Ren,I suspect there is another glib on your system which is conflicting with the one under gstreamer/lib.
Please try this step and see if it works...
#export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/opt/gstreamer/lib:/home/opt/system_files_gstreamer:/usr/lib
