[gt-user] GRAM on Windows or cygwin?

Hi,
i wanna run GRAM on windows machine.i found that there's no
ManagedJobFactoryService in the container's service list after installing
ws-core;can you tell me why and how can i have it presented in the
container's service list.
By the way,i wonder if GT4 can be installed on cygwin.Have globus
team tested it?
