Is ant in your searchpath? If not, add it and retry.

we are trying to setup gram for gt4 for second machine following the
instructions from quick guide from globus.org.we are using the rft from
the first machine and setting the gram in the second machine.
sudo is working fine.192.168.0.3 is the ip of first machine.
