[gt-user] Open SSL Error on GT4.0.5 Give me the solution

hi
i tried with gt4.0.5, when try to configure simpleCA it has the
following error can u tell me the solution please

Error number 127 was returned by
  /usr/local/globus-4.0.5//bin/openssl
