Sorry I think may explanation is not very clear If we are using FORK factorytype then the code is working fine if we use CreateManagedJobInputType's function setJob() rather then setMultiJob().

Oops, i see only errors in that log. Seems like you have
some network problems.
So we should start figuring out what goes wrong there
before starting with the multijob issue.
Please restart the GT4 container and try to submit a simple
job using the default client globusrun-ws:

globusrun-ws \
  -submit \
-F https://<ip-address>:8443/wsrf/services/ ManagedJobFactoryService \
  -c /bin/date

Does that work?
If not: what does the container logfile say?
