Sorry, it's a new requirement in 4.0.5. I added it to ch03.html in
the prereq list. Please also install XML::Parser. apt-cache search
shows these as likely candidates:
libxml-parser-perl - Perl module for parsing XML files
libxml-perl - Perl modules for working with XML
libxml-sax-expat-perl - Perl module for a SAX2 driver for Expat
(XML::Parser)
