ebb88ce5 was the hash in my example. You will need to substitute whatever you got that you saw in ls ~/.globus/simpleCA/

will walk you through the configuration and subsequent functionality
testing.  Those are suitable for testing installations to make sure
they're working.  If you're looking to modify code, most modules also
come with tests under $GLOBUS_LOCATION/test.
