Hello,
I am using globus4.0.3. I installed the packages that interface between GRAM
and GridGateWay (can be think as a local scheduler as PBS and LSF, etc.). How
can I uninstall it. I tried with gpt-uninstall, but it only deleted the
packages, not the software. I also tried to manually delete all the folders and
files, these include files and folders generated by the following packages:
globus_gram_job_manager_setup_gw-noflavor-pgm
globus_scheduler_event_generator_gw-gcc64dbg-dev
globus_scheduler_event_generator_gw-gcc64dbg-rtl
globus_scheduler_provider_setup_gw-noflavor-pgm
globus_wsrf_gram_service_java_setup_gw-noflavor-pgm
But, after I did so, the container cannot start correctly. I got this error
message in container.log file:
Failed to start container: Failed to initialize 'ManagedJobFactoryService'
service [Caused by: ; nested exception is:
javax.naming.NamingException: Bean initialization failed [Root
exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/usr/local/tigre-0.3.1/globus/etc/gram-service-GW/substitution-definition.properties
(No such file or directory)]]
Can anyone help me with this regard.
