Hi,

Are running in a system with bash or tcsh? If it is bash, the line

source $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus-user-env.csh

will not work. Instead, i think that these should work fine:

choate % export GLOBUS_LOCATION=/usr/local/globus-4.0.1/
choate % source $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus-user-env.sh
choate % grid-cert-request
