Oh, you are on Windows. There you have to execute
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus-devel-env.bat instead of
globus-devel-env.sh which is for bash on unix systems.
What it does is to add the path of all jar-files in
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/lib/ to your CLASSPATH environment variable.
Regarding the math service jar-files: the ordering is not
important.
You seem to use Eclipse: I'm not really sure if you'll have
to additionally set the classpath there too or if it's enough
to just call globus-devel-env.bat.
No jars get generated by all this. It's just that the paths
to all these jar-files gets added to the environment variable
CLASSPATH. There's no magic here.
