Is /opt/ws-core a symlink? Sudoers wants exact paths. Is /opt/ws- core/libexec/globus-job-manager-script.pl marked executable? What happens if the container owner tries to run it?

If none of that solves it, check the container.log too. If that doesn't help, edit $GL/container-log4j.properties to turn GRAM debugging on, then try again.

The globus Container starts without any errors or warnings. The webservices starts. If I call the the command globusrun-ws -submit .... I get the error message :
