Regarding the example mentioned in ws-mds/index/c/index_add, it seems to be built using an Index Service. However, none of the files IndexService_client.h, IndexEntryService_client.h, IndexService.h etc. seem to be present in the distribution. I just want to build it and try it to see what it is trying to accomplish.
