[gt-user] not finding globus-build-env-gcc32dbg.sh

hello everybody
i am installing gridway.for this i need the file
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/libexec/globus-build-env-gcc32dbg.sh
but i am not finding it anywhere.i had installed it following the
quickstart.
