[gt-user] Not readable (Certificate problem)

  I am installing gt4.0.5. When i run the fololwing command :
   
  grid-ca-sign -in request.pem -out signed.pem
   
  I get the following error:
   
  ERROR: The file: request.pem is not readable
   
  What could this error mean?? What am i doing wrong?
  If any solution please tell
