What commands are you running to build things? This sounds like
maybe you are using a non-gcc compiler on a build that's expecting gcc.

The help for libtool doesn't mention -g, so I removed it. Then it
complains
about -L, after removing that -o and -rpath. These options are
mentioned in
the help. When I remove everything, it says, that no output file is
specified.
The only option i gave configure was --prefix, after that I ran make.
Does anybody have a clue, how this can be solved?
