I think you cannot. There is an element in condor grid job description (globus_xml) but that seems to handle a different issue: "Used to provide any additional attributes in the GRAM XML job description that Condor writes which are not covered by regular submit description file parameters. Used for grid type gt4 jobs." But the condor folks will probably know it better.
