Is there a way to determine the amount of disk space available in
GLOBUS_SCRATCH_DIR on a given resource?  To date we have just been working
under the assumption that there was enough space available there for the
files we would be staging in, but naturally this might not always be true.
I could just look and see how much space is available and hard code that
somewhere, but I'd much rather be able to determine this dynamically.
