to use the "wsrf-destroy", should the WS be deployed and the container started
or no?
Because i obtain the error :
Error : ;nested exception is :
java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused : connect
and when i deploy the WS and i start the the container, i obtain the following
error :
Error : No such operation "Destroy"
how to proceed exactly?
