What you see is ws-gram or some parts of it logging in debug mode. To get rid of it you should turn debugging off in $GLOBUS_LOCATION/container-log4j.properties. I don't know what had been turned on so i can't tell you what to turn off. If you are not sure what to do send your $GLOBUS_LOCATION/container-log4j.properties.
