Thanks, that did the trick (In eclipse, I right-clicked the Client.java,
chose "Run As... -> Open Run Dialog", there on the tab "Classpath"
under "User Entries" added ("Advanced -> Add External Folder") the
directory /usr/local/globus-4.0.6. Now it works like a charm!
