Hello

I think that you are trying to execute as 'client' user a file from the home
of the 'globus' user, so you dont have permission to do that.
I advise you to install the toolkit on an independent folder like /usr/local
and in this case the GLOBUS_LOCATION=/usr/local/globus-4.0.5
