I have a small TestLab (3 Nodes), 2 Compute and 1 Manage/Schedule Node. On the Compute Nodes is running SGE and ganglia. On the Manage Node is running SGE-Scheduler, ganglia, globus 4.0.5. I have register ganglia to MDS ( <defaultProvider>java org.globus.mds.usefulrp.glue.GangliaElementProducer</defaultProvider>) in $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus_wsrf_mds_usefulrp/gluerp.xml. It only shows my current node with scheduler fork only. Ganglia is working fine. I can see in the web of ganglia all my computers. I can run ws-jobs globusrun-ws -Ft SGE.
