Now I just have to fix the RFT problem which I think is traceable to not having the right host name configured in the RFT mysqldb.
Are you replicating that database to the failover host too? That's where RFT keeps track of the work it needs to do, so if you failover without also failing over the DB, the backup RFT won't know that it has any work to do. Or you can point it at some external db, they don't have to be on the same machine as the container.
