We implemented a prototype version of a WS GRAM service that supported
JSDL, but it did not go any farther than a prototype. So GRAM does
not support JSDL at present. Additionally, there are other higher
priorities for GRAM, so there is not yet a plan for when the JSDL work
will resume.
