[gt-user] forgot to --enable-wsgram-condor

Hi,

If one forgets the --enable-wsgram-condor option to ./configure (when
building GT 4.2.0), what's the proper way to get this setup without redoing
the installation?

I have some guesses, but just want to be sure.
