It looks like there was a mistake in not having the version number
increase. You can force it to install with the -force flag.

I have a question about installing advisories
1. There is an advisory for the package globus_simple_ca_setup-1.0.
According to gpt-query, this package is installed as "noflavor".
When gpt-build is executed, it responds "SKIPPING REBUILD of
noflavor". Is this because the installed version is higher than the
advisory version?
[EMAIL PROTECTED] downloads]$ cat gpt-query.log | grep simple_ca_setup
globus_simple_ca_setup-noflavor-pgm pkg version: 1.0.1
[EMAIL PROTECTED] downloads]$ gpt-build -update
globus_simple_ca_setup-1.0.tar.gz
gpt-build ====> CHECKING BUILD DEPENDENCIES FOR globus_simple_ca_setup
SKIPPING REBUILD of noflavor
