Hi Benjamin,
Well to solve this problem you need to generate logs for
lcas/lcmaps. By default logs for lcas/lcmaps go to gatekeeper
logs which is present in
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/var/globus-gatekeeper.log .
This will come only when a you run pre-ws gram command like
globus-job-run. This will write necessary lcas/lcmaps logs into the
gatekeeper logs.
Then see what error is coming. It may be some minor problem like missing
any library files. Once you solve error for pre-ws gram and make it work
then gridftp will also work.
Make sure to set env variable
LCMAPS_LOG_LEVEL=5
LCAS_LOG_LEVEL=5
this will give detail log info.
Thanks
