Hi Tracy,

A couple of months ago when we used GT-4.2 the same problems occurred to us but 
then I switched back to GT4.0. It was due to the old wsdl specifications. 
You look at this new wsdl specifications and adjust your service's wsdl 
accordingly.

The whole tutorial was written for the 4.0 series of the toolkit. It is
not compatible with the 4.2 series and as far as i know there's no
effort to make it 4.2 compatible.
