I have installed the Globus Toolkit on 3 machines. The MyProxy server runs on one and GridFTP has been setup on all the three machines. I wish to run parallel string matching algorithms using c++. So, do I need to run the web-services conatiner etc etc? Please tell me what I need to do after this, or which documentation do I follow after this. All the documentation I see ask me to do "globus-start-container" and load some java web services into it, but I do not wish to use Java.
