Hi Sebastian, AFAIK there is no possibility to define dependencies between multijob's subjobs. Execution order and also interpretation of the count element depend on the underlying software (JobManager, LRMS, ...). If you use multijob, have a look at http://bugzilla.globus.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3384. That may be interesting for you.
What you want is some kind of workflow engine. The gridway scheduler also could do this job for you. It enables you to define directed acyclic graphs of jobs.
