I have completed the setup from the quick-start guide on two machine until section " 4.3. Creating a MyProxy server ". However I am confused about the" 5. Setting up your cluster ". since it mentions in the document that cluster is already setup (5.2. Cluster: install ->Lucky is running Fedora Core 1, so I'm installing from source. The first new option here is --enable-wsgram-pbs, which I'm running because lucky already has PBS installed ) And also couldn't understand why the cluster is running gangalia monitoring system? (The cluster is running the Ganglia monitoring system) what do I need to do. Coz I am installing Globus for the first time. And also I want to use Condor-G but the options are ..enable-wsgram-condor, --enable-wsgram-lsf, or --enable-wsgram-pbs . so if I want to configure condor-G as grid scheduler what shall I do.. and are there any other document which shows the rest of installation from section 5. Setting up the cluster using condor-G. or since PBS, LSF and condor are the local schedulers it will not matter? Can anyone clear it or send me some document links to get more clear idea.
