Take a look at:

http://www.mcs.anl.gov/~blau/Building_MPI_Flavors.txt

It specifically references GT4.0.6, but the process should be the same for
GT4.2.1

Subject: [gt-user] How can I get the mpi flavor?

Dear all,
I want to use the mpi flavor to install the MPICH-G2 to use the vendor-supplied
mpi implemention on my cluster. But after I installed GT4.2.1 from source, I
found there was no mpi flavor in the installation directory, except "gcc32dbg"
and "gcc64dbg".

So I want to know how can I get the mpi flavor?

Thanks!
Tracy
