Thanks, but I am using glite which is based on globus 4.0.3. I added 
-target-globus-location in jobmnager-pbs, but it does not recognise it. Is 
there any patch available for this. So I can add only this functionality into 
globus job manager.

I think you can add -target-globus-location /opt/globus to 
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/grid-services/jobmanager-pbs in GT4.2 to have 
this effect.
