Dear Arindam,
Regarding the first of the errors (globus-url-copy), are you supposed to
be trying to copy the file from the url that you have mentioned? I suppose
it's an example link to be substituted with your own value.
Check your container log for errors and also check whether you have the
required line in the sudoers file authorizing the globus user to run as
you.

but this runs well
globus-check-remote-environment -s https://localhost:8443
