Special session "Advanced Peer-to-Peer Protocols and Applications"

at the Ninth IASTED International Conference on
Parallel and Distributed Computing and Networks

Special session description:

Almost a decade since peer-to-peer has emerged as a leading distributed
paradigm
for researchers and practitioners, novel high-performance protocols are
foreseen
to cope with challenging large-scale applications such as multimedia
streaming,
massive multiplayer gaming and global ambient intelligence.
In this context, the special session will accept original research papers
that
report the latest results and advances, from theoretical aspects to
groundbreaking
applications.

All papers for this special session must be submitted **directly to the

All received papers will be double blind reviewed by at least two reviewers.

Acceptance will be based primarily on originality and contribution.
