Hi Simar!

Just open your terminal and type:
export $GLOBUS_LOCATION="pathxy" where pathxy is the path to your Globus installation.

Mention that you have to do this for every terminal window.
If you want to store it for your user for every terminal window, simple open the .bash_profile - file in your home-directory and insert the above command, so every new terminal window has the variable set automatically.
