Hi,

WS-GRAM requires all requests to be secured. It uses the id/DN from
the certificate to map the user to a local user account.
The job will be submitted to a local resource manager by WS-GRAM under
that local user account.

Since Condor is a client to WS-GRAM in your setup, I assume that this
is the reason why Condor looks for a credential.
