Hi Ankuj,

When you are configuring the Simple CA you are asked to provide an e-mail 
address that users will be asked to sent their certificate requests to when 
they execute the script grid-cert-request. This script executed without any 
options for user certificate requests or with -host 'hostname' option for host 
certificate requests generates a certificate request and displays a message 
with instruction what a user should do in a next step. Users are asked to email 
a generated certificate request to a CA to be signed. In your simple 
installation the e-mail address of CA doesn't matter. You can just type your 
email address because you will be a CA manager.
