The Virtual Data Toolkit implementation seems to work for us just fine.

You have some folks at UMd very familiar with VDT-based installations, though perhaps not with the SGE adapter.

You can either go for a full Open Science Grid implementation, or if you are interested in a smaller-scale version, try the TIGRE or SURAgrid compact implementations.

Dear Globus users,

Soon we'll be configuring a cluster with GT 4.2.1 and SGE. I've just spent time reading through the mailing list archives and I've found the following guides:

http://www.lesc.ic.ac.uk/projects/SGE-GT4.html
http://www.apgrid.org/globus-sge/gt4.html

I've also found threads where people have applied patches and updates to this code.

I'd just like an SGE adapter that works with GT 4.2.1. Would some generous admin be willing to provide me with their working code or point me to an updated community resource?

thanks,
Adam
