Just a guess: The interceptor element looks a bit different in the docs on http://www.globus.org/toolkit/docs/4.2/4.2.1/security/wsaajava/descriptor/
(It's a containerSecurityDescriptor and not a serviceSecurityDescriptor, but still...)
